THE HOUSE

Between the forest and the see lies ‘The House’, a sanctuary for active minds. The house is a place to relax, to explore, to create and to connect. This innovative construction endeavor includes a studio and two holiday homes. Eva and Maria, crafted by Studio Moto. Driven by the delight of design, they purposefully navigate the balance between the ordinary and the adventurous. The outcome is a composition that is understated, invigorating, and deceptively uncomplicated.

The house enjoys a strategic location on the edge of the Forest of Bruges, being close not only to the heart of Bruges but also to the nearest coastal areas, making it convenient for exploring both the city and the seaside. The two holiday homes are crafted around the visual artistic world of Eva-Maria. House No.1. Eva, and House No.2. Maria, each possess their distinctive atmosphere and visual language. Whether it’s a sabbatical, an artist’s retreat, or a vacation, this is a place that offers the comfort of a home while you’re on the move.
